2. Validate the Sequence
   Develop a shared roadmap with clearly defined milestones.
3. Create a Working Group 
   Assign and engage key employees who will support the actions.
4. Establish a Detailed Action Plan for Each Expected Outcome
   Refine the action plan and timeline with the designated working group.
5. Implement the Actions
   Execute the plan in accordance with the agreed roadmap.
